Admissions
Admission
Our school does not have an entrance examination, but we normally ask children to sit a short placement assessment as part of their interview. This is done, in order to assess their level of education and place them in the most suitable class.
As each child is an individual, we try to adapt to his or her needs as far as possible. In order to keep each child motivated and challenged, we monitor progress frequently and keep parents informed. Each child has the opportunity of moving into a higher class during the school year if both the parents and the school feel that it is to the child’s advantage.
Where applications are received in excess of 20 a waiting list will be opened and parents will be kept fully informed. We strongly advise that families arrange interviews and submit applications well in advance of the anticipated joining date. Please contact our Registrar for further details regarding this issue.
Notice of leaving
The contract ends once all outstanding payments have been made. It is most important that the Registrar receives written notice of leaving before the beginning of the term at the end of which the child is to leave; otherwise, a full term’s fee is payable for the following term.
